This Privacy Policy describes how ME3L Holdings, LLC, doing business as Hi Cannabis (“Hi Cannabis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit our website at hicannabis.com (the “Site”), interact with us, or otherwise engage with our products and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Site or Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

Hi Cannabis is a Michigan-licensed cannabis processor. Our Site and Services are intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 21.

2.1 Information You Provide
When you fill out a form, contact us, sign up for SMS or email updates, or otherwise interact with the Site, we may collect:

Business name and role (for wholesale and B2B inquiries)

Cannabis industry license number (where applicable)

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program
4.1 Consent and Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in (for example, by checking an SMS consent box on a Site form, replying to a confirmation text, or providing written consent), you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from Hi Cannabis at the number you provided. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any product or service from Hi Cannabis.
We may send SMS messages for purposes including:
Transactional messages, such as order status, pickup confirmations, invoice notifications, and account-related updates
Informational messages, such as account updates and operational notices
Marketing and promotional messages, where you have specifically opted in, such as new product announcements, drops, events, and offers
4.2 Message Frequency, Rates, and Help
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the program(s) you have opted into.
Message and data rates may apply. Hi Cannabis does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging or data rates. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

4.3 Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send further SMS messages, except as required to confirm your opt-out or for transactional purposes you have separately authorized. To rejoin, you may opt back in through the original opt-in method, or by replying START or UNSTOP if instructed.

4.4 No Sharing of SMS Consent Data
Your SMS opt-in information, mobile phone number, and consent records will not be sold, rented, shared, or otherwise disclosed to any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes. This restriction applies to all categories of personal information collected in connection with our SMS program. Information may be shared only with service providers that directly support the operation of the SMS program (for example, the SMS platform used to deliver messages on our behalf), and only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you have requested.
4.5 Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and the authorized user or subscriber of the mobile phone number you provide to participate in our SMS program. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
Service providers: With vendors who perform services on our behalf, including hosting, analytics, email and SMS delivery, customer support, payment processing, and security. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we direct.
Business partners: With dispensaries, distributors, testing labs, and other industry partners, where reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, complete transactions, or comply with regulatory requirements.
Legal and regulatory: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to comply with Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency, METRC, or other applicable regulatory obligations.
Protection of rights: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Hi Cannabis, our customers, employees, or others; to investigate fraud or security issues; or to enforce our terms.
Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, subject to confidentiality protections.
With your consent: For any other purpose with your consent or at your direction.
As stated in Section 4.4, SMS consent data and mobile phone numbers collected for SMS communications are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes under any circumstance.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (including Michigan cannabis recordkeeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it in accordance with our retention practices.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate, analyze usage, and improve the user experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect the functionality of the Site.
