Eligibility\n\nYou must be at least 21 years of age to access or use the Site or Services. About Hi Cannabis\n\nHi Cannabis is a Michigan-licensed cannabis processor operating under the regulatory oversight of the Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency. SMS \/ Text Messaging Program Terms\n\nThis Section 4 governs your participation in any SMS text messaging program operated by Hi Cannabis. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Hi Cannabis, you agree to these SMS-specific Terms in addition to the general Terms.\n\n### 4.1 Consent to Receive SMS Messages\n\nBy providing your mobile phone number to Hi Cannabis and affirmatively opting in (for example, by checking an SMS consent checkbox on a Site form, by replying to a confirmation text message, or by providing written consent), you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Hi Cannabis at the mobile number you provided, sent through an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology.\n\n**Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any product or service from Hi Cannabis.**\n\n### 4.2 Types of Messages\n\nWe may send SMS messages including:\n\n- **Transactional messages**, such as order status, pickup confirmations, invoice notifications, and account-related updates\n- **Informational messages**, such as account updates and operational notices\n- **Marketing and promotional messages**, where you have separately opted in, such as new product announcements, drops, events, and offers\n\n### 4.3 Message Frequency\n\nMessage frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the programs you have opted into. Hi Cannabis does not commit to a specific number of messages per day, week, or month.\n\n### 4.4 Message and Data Rates\n\n**Message and data rates may apply.** Hi Cannabis does not charge any fee for receiving SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging or data rates based on your service plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.\n\n### 4.5 Help and Support\n\nFor help with the SMS program, reply **HELP** to any message from us, or contact us at info@hicannabis.com.\n\n### 4.6 Opt-Out\n\nYou may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying **STOP** to any text message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send further SMS messages, except as required to confirm your opt-out or for transactional purposes you have separately authorized.\n\nTo rejoin the SMS program after opting out, you must re-enroll through the original opt-in method.\n\nYou may also email info@hicannabis.com to request removal from any SMS list.\n\n### 4.7 Eligibility for SMS Program\n\nYou must be at least 21 years old and the authorized user or subscriber of the mobile phone number you provide to participate in our SMS program. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.\n\n### 4.8 No Sharing of SMS Consent Data\n\nYour SMS opt-in information, mobile phone number, and consent records will **not** be sold, rented, shared, or otherwise disclosed to any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers that directly support the operation of the SMS program (for example, the SMS platform used to deliver messages on our behalf), and only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you have requested.\n\n### 4.9 Supported Carriers\n\nThe SMS program is generally available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Hi Cannabis is not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.\n\n### 4.10 Changes to the SMS Program\n\nWe reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the SMS program at any time, with or without notice. Intellectual Property\n\n### 5.1 Our Content\n\nAll content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, brand names (\"Hi Cannabis,\" \"HI True Full-Spectrum,\" and related marks), product names, and software (collectively, the \"**Content**\"), is the property of Hi Cannabis or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.\n\n### 5.2 Limited License\n\nWe grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal or legitimate business purposes consistent with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, sell, or create derivative works of the Content without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.\n\n### 5.3 Trademarks\n\n\"Hi Cannabis,\" the Hi Cannabis logo, \"HI True Full-Spectrum,\" and any related names and logos are trademarks of Hi Cannabis or its affiliates. Wholesale and B2B Inquiries\n\nWholesale inquiries submitted through the Site do not constitute an offer or binding agreement.
